Cancellations and refunds

Each quote states its own cancellation schedule, for example 90% refunded if you cancel 90+ days before the event, 50% at 30+ days and none after. The schedule in the quote you accept is the one that applies.

If a vendor cancels a confirmed booking, you receive a full refund of everything you paid.

If a payment completes after your held slot was taken by someone else, you are refunded in full automatically.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment partner. Timelines depend on your bank.
